Reservations are required, along with a 50% deposit, to confirm your reservation. A credit card number is acceptable for the damage deposit and will only be billed if damage expenses are incurred. Personal checks are preferred. Cancellations must be received 30 days prior to your stay to qualify for a full refund. If you cancel with less than 30 days notice, you will receive a full refund only if we can re-book your time. Any vacant days that cannot be booked will be deducted from your refund.
